Please tell us when you call for a replacement key or fob if you have a broken one! Depending on your vehicle the broken one may be repairable or may still be useful to decode to help us cut or program a new one. Please save and provide all pieces of any broken keys/fobs for us. Some vehicles use keys that are unfortunately prone to damage or wear. We are very familiar with the most common key failures that occur and will be able to offer the best solution for you. Please tell us if the broken tip of your key is stuck in a lock on your vehicle as we will also need to extract it for the new key to work!
